Our webshop is hosted on Shopify Inc., a platform that provides us with the online e-commerce infrastructure.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from 123deurmatten.nl and to every agreement concluded between 123deurmatten.nl and the consumer.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy and privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
Article 3 – The offer
We do our best to describe the products offered as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding. Product images are as accurate as possible, but the color may vary depending on your screen settings.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer and compliance with the stated conditions. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse orders, for example if we suspect misuse or resale, or if the price is incorrect.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal and return policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund for your order, including any shipping costs, within 14 days, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Exception: custom-made products (such as custom-made doormats) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Article 6 – Prices and payments
All prices listed include VAT. Payment must be made using the available payment methods on our website, including iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, or other secure payment options. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Article 7 – Delivery and execution
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. If delivery is delayed, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping is via reliable parcel services. Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.
Article 8 – Complaints procedure
In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the entrepreneur. If the online store is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and complaints that cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur ( www.webwinkelkeur.nl ), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this online store has a current membership at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/ If a solution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to submit their complaint to the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this disputes committee involves costs that the consumer must pay to the committee in question.
Article 9 – Liability
123deurmatten.nl is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products, nor for consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, disruptions or pandemics), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel deliveries without liability for damages.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
All texts, images, and designs on 123deurmatten.nl are our property or that of our licensors and may not be used or copied without permission.
Article 12 – Privacy and personal data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy . We respect your privacy and do not sell your data to third parties.

Dutch law applies to all legal relationships between you and 123deurmatten.nl. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
