Warranty and damage upon delivery

All items you purchase from us are covered by our statutory warranty. This means that a product must perform as you reasonably expect. The warranty period begins on the date you purchase your doormat.

We always handle your order with the utmost care. Unfortunately, it can still happen that a product gets damaged during transport. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or send an email to info@123deurmatten.nl. Please include your contact details and order number so we can help you quickly.

We will then work together to find a suitable solution.

Warranty conditions

We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore naturally provide a guarantee.
However, no warranty claim can be made in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Intentional damage or negligence;

  • Improper use or insufficient maintenance;

  • Damage caused by failure to follow or incorrect follow-up of the instructions for use.

In the event of a complaint, we always apply the warranty conditions as stated in our General Terms and Conditions .
